From a first sketch to a finished product, here's how a project moves through BisonForge Manufacturing, and what materials we work with.
We start with a conversation. You share your idea, sketches, references, dimensions, timeline, and any constraints. We ask the right questions to make sure nothing gets missed before work begins.
Once requirements are confirmed, we collect a non-refundable 50% deposit and get to work. Your idea gets translated into a precise CAD file or the appropriate format for the machine or process being used.
A physical sample is produced and tested against your original requirements. Fit, function, dimensions, and finish are all verified to confirm the design is ready. Any necessary adjustments are made at this stage before moving forward.
With the prototype confirmed, we move into full manufacturing. Every unit is held to the same standard as the prototype.
Your order is packaged and shipped. The remaining balance is due on delivery. The finished product transfers to you upon receipt of final payment.
